With over 25 years of transformer industry expertise and a decade-long tenure at the Canduct Group, Piotr leads operations with a talented team, propelling STC & Canduct Boardman to unprecedented success. A distinguished member of the IEEE Transformer Committee, Piotr actively contributes to industry advancements. His skill set encompasses project management, specializing in greenfield setups and operational relocations across multiple sites. Beyond the boardroom, Piotr cherishes family moments, engages in home improvement endeavours, and embraces outdoor adventures.

A seasoned professional boasting over 25 years of extensive experience spanning both Canada and the USA. His journey began in the realm of retail management, where he honed his skills in sales, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service. Transitioning into the manufacturing sector, Stephen specialized in the electrical industry, particularly magnet wires, gaining invaluable insights into production optimization and cost-effective strategies. His passion for efficiency led him to explore automation, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse industries. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Canadian Motivel, a key player within the Canduct Group, Stephen focuses on driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and exceeding customer expectations. With a robust technical background in robotics and a flair for entrepreneurship in product development and small business management, Jim has spearheaded numerous niche products and groundbreaking robotic solutions for various industries.  Jim's ingenuity has been recognized globally, notably with the prestigious Henry Ford Technology Award for his groundbreaking work with Volvo Cars in Sweden, where his invention, SEAVA, revolutionized air velocity measurements during production.
