Job Duties:
· Under general direction, responsible for loading and unloading of Haas Fanuc
· Control offcuts to minimize raw material waste.
· Setup tooling and change drill tooling when required.
· Operation of CNC in MDI mode
· Inspection of parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
· Work closely with production planners, programmers, and supervisors to ensure that timelines are met.
· Highlight potential quality issues and follow up with supervisors and staff to ensure customer acceptance.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma; with additional technical training
· PreferTwo or more years of experience operating and setting up CNC machines(preferably wood shop router experience)
· WillTrain the right person
· The ability to read drawings and/or blueprints.
· The ability to work in both imperial and metric.
· Logic controller experience will be considered a strong asset.
· Detail oriented, both in paperwork and computer-generated reports and procedures
· Ability to be trained.
