Job Responsibilities:
· Maintains customer records by updatingaccount information.
· Receives and Creates customer ordersby gathering, analyzing, and inputting data into Visual ERP via purchaseorders, customer bill of materials and customer drawings.
· Prepares purchase requisitions forordered components.
· Prepares product and service workorders for production and distributes to production board/floor.
· Work with Production Supervisors, leadhands and Shipping department to ensure customer needs are met.
· Monitor order status and shippingstatus.
· Advise customer of orderstatus/delivery times/rush orders.
· Resolves product or service challengeswith the Quality/Production departments by clarifying the customers’issues/requests, solving the problem, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
· Keep records of customer interactionsand transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, aswell as actions taken.
· Prepare pre-shipping documents forshipper (manifest list/weights, package specifications, Customer order pricingupdates based on shipping weights, etc.
Qualifications
· High school diploma.
· 2-3 years of customer serviceexperience.
