Job Responsibilities:
· Inspectinginbound material, work in process and finished products
· Completedock audits and verification of associates paperwork and creation of reports
· Assistwith investigations regarding non-conformances.
· Ensureoutput meets quality standards.
· Testfinish products to ensure all requirements of met prior to shipping.
· Usetechnical skills and knowledge to identify problems and inspect causes.
· Accuratelydocument the results of inspections to review and maintain records usingelectronic system.
· Followall health & safety precautions and policies enforced.
· Communicatewith the shift Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager regarding the progresswith production.
· Ensureall steps were completed throughout the processing of customer product.
· Understandand develop a daily routine to complete tasks and reporting in a timelymanner.
· Supportother departments as needed based on your qualifications.
· Additionalduties as assigned within your department.
Qualified Candidates willhave:
· Ability to work independently as wellas a dynamic team setting.
· The ability to perform the physicalrequirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching,twisting, standing for long periods, walking, repetitive motion, and other jobspecific requirements.
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
· Maintain a clean and safe work area.
· Reliable transportation to and fromwork.
· Highschool Diploma or equivalent isrequired.
· Ability to read and understandblueprint drawings.
· English Written & VerbalCommunication skills.
· Strong computer skills.
· Attention to detail skills and willtake ownership of their position and job duties.
· Analytical with strong time managementskills.
· Great attendance is a criticalrequirement.
